Fated is operated by MODO PTE. LTD.(including its affiliates, collectively referred to as "the Company") and holds full ownership, intellectual property rights, and other interests. The services provided by Fated will be strictly executed in accordance with the published terms and operational rules.

Fated respects and protects the privacy rights of all users of its services. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Fated will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Fated will handle this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, Fated will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior consent. Fated may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Fated Terms of Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the entirety of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Fated Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Application

1.1 When you register a Fated account, you must provide registration information as required by Fated. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the services. 1.2 When you use Fated services (including applications, websites, etc.), Fated automatically receives and records your device information, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, and software and hardware characteristics. 1.3 Fated may obtain users' personal data through lawful means from business partners. 1.4 The data we collect depends on your interactions with us and your choices, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data collected may include SDK/API/JS code versions, installed application information, browser type, internet service provider, IP address, platform, timestamps, application identifiers, application versions, application distribution channels, unique device identifiers, iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Android Advertiser Identifier, MAC address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), device model, device manufacturer, operating system version, session start/stop times, language settings, timezone, network status (e.g., WiFi), hard drive, CPU, and battery usage. 1.5 We may allow other companies to use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies in our services. These companies may collect information about how you use these services over time, as well as information from other websites and online services. This data may be used to analyze and track usage, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activities.

2. Use of Information 2.1 Fated will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless prior permission has been obtained, or the third party and Fated (including Fated's affiliates) jointly or independently provide services to you. After the service is completed, such parties will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including the information they were previously authorized to access. 2.2 Fated also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or freely distributing your personal information by any means. Any Fated platform user found engaging in such activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately by Fated. 2.3 For the purpose of serving users, Fated may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending you product and service updates or sharing information with Fated's partners to allow them to send you information about their products and services (this requires your prior consent).

3. Disclosure of Information Fated may disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your personal consent or as required by law, under the following circumstances:

3.1 With your prior consent, to disclose information to a third party; 3.2 When sharing your personal information with third parties is necessary to provide the products and services you request; 3.3 To comply with relevant laws, regulations, or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities, disclose information to such authorities or third parties; 3.4 When you violate applicable laws, regulations, or Fated’s service agreements or relevant rules of your country, disclosure to third parties may be necessary; 3.5 If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, your information may be disclosed to the respondent upon their request to facilitate the resolution of potential disputes; 3.6 Other disclosures that Fated deems appropriate according to laws, regulations, or website policies.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

(1) Storage of Information

1. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and for the minimum time required by applicable laws and regulations.

2. If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly cease collecting your personal information. We will notify you in advance as required by relevant laws and regulations and will delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of services or operations unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

3. The information and data we collect about you will be stored on servers owned by us and/or our affiliated companies. However, if you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in or use cookie-dependent Fated services or features. 5.3 Information obtained through cookies set by Fated will be governed by this policy.

6. Information Security 6.1 Fated accounts are equipped with security protection features. Please keep your username and password information secure. Fated employs encryption and other security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite these security measures, please note that no "perfect security measures" exist on information networks. 6.2 Please protect your personal information carefully and only share it with others when necessary. If your Fated account is compromised, please contact Fated customer service immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.

7. How to Manage Your Personal Information We strive to maintain the accuracy and completeness of personal information and ensure timely updates, provided that you guarantee all submitted information is accurate.
